I have worked in professional service firms for my entire career. My work focuses on enabling business processes that are critical for strategy execution. This business focus has allowed me to focus on both knowledge and learning for senior executives in professional service firms. In the blog, I have documented job searches and strategies, information access technologies, new collaboration tools , and methods for architecting information systems.
