This is a good case study of a KM implementation


Xerox Corporation is one of the largest producer of printers and photocopiers in the world. It has more 90,000 employees spread in several Countries and 25,000 representatives. The organization has spent considerable financial resources and time to codify the collective knowledge through its research, consortium work, and sponsorship of research.

Well, after a two month gig in California working on an enterprise portal for a large utility, I am returning to my blog, and will start posting again regularly.   I learned that it is much to hard to crunch wildly, and also maintain my web presence.   So, now that I have a bit more time, I will begin again, writing and linking to content management, portal, knowledge management, social software, and technology.   And other important stuff!
